End of Life announcement

We are sorry to announce that SecurePass will cease active support starting from August 17th 2017.

What happens next?

​

• All customers with an active subscription will be reimbursed with a pro-rata of the remaining period of subscriptions

• All customers -no matter what their subscription status is- will be grant free and unlimited use of SecurePass until the infrastructure will be completely decommissioned (forecasted end 2018).

• Starting September 1st 2017, GARL is no longer legally bond to any contract, and this includes respecting SLA, fixes and any kind of support. That said, our operations team will continue maintaining the infrastructure until full decommission to let customers migrate away.

• We have identified an alternate solution for our customers. We are available to help our customers in the migration process. As we know our algorithms, we are able to move your users without them noticing any change.
